Based in Nepal, GPI employs more women than men, provides fair and equal pay and supports local communities. Radha Lama works in the finishing unit and has been working at GPI for nearly 30 years. As a single mother of two daughters, her continued income from GPI has enabled her to support her children through their education and keep them financially independent and economically empowered.
