At The Body Shop, we want you to love your naturally-inspired products, so if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase. We offer a simple return process for both online and in-store purchases to ensure your beauty routine remains stress-free.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 45 days; please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products may be non-returnable if opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the generated return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
